Policy enforcement

 

Expense Manager ensures that invalid claims cannot be submitted by prompting claimants of policy rules as they create and update claims.   Rules such as:-
  • Spend amounts per expense type per policy level or employee level
  • Preferred suppliers per expense type
  • Mandatory information fields
  • Mandatory online form completion such as a travel diary.
