Policy enforcement
Expense Manager ensures that invalid claims cannot be submitted by prompting claimants of policy rules as they create and update claims. Rules such as:-
- Spend amounts per expense type per policy level or employee level
- Preferred suppliers per expense type
- Mandatory information fields
- Mandatory online form completion such as a travel diary.
Benefits to a company are:-
- Reimbursement of claims are not delayed because incomplete claims cannot be submitted
- Critical data is not missing
